Some of the companies we work with want to go beyond simple production: they are looking for a clear marketing strategy, measurable objectives and a structured action plan, without hiring a full-time marketing director.
This is where you come in: as a Fractional CMO, you provide vision, orchestration and leadership, while our teams in Morocco execute efficiently.
Your responsibilities:
You are responsible for the overall marketing plan for one or more clients: business objectives, acquisition strategy, content, analytics, and operational management of campaigns.
You are independent, results-oriented, but above all, you know how to mobilise the right resources and measure what matters.
Your responsibilities
– Laying the foundations: branding, positioning, key channels, conversion funnel
– Defining marketing OKRs and performance KPIs
– Overseeing content production, SEO/SEA/email/social campaigns
– Coordinating PULSE talent (design, content, ads, dev)
– Measuring results, making adjustments, and presenting reports
What you bring
– Proven experience as a CMO, Head of Growth or strategic marketing consultant
– Strong ROI culture, understanding of tools (GA4, Ads, HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
– Strong analytical skills, ability to structure simple and effective action plans
– Good interpersonal skills, advisory approach, operational leadership
