Digital Project Manager
Freelancer – Switzerland
At PULSE.digital, we support clients in Switzerland with the implementation of customised web, e-commerce, mobile and software projects. Production is carried out by our expert teams based in Morocco.
To guarantee local support and high-quality project management, we work with freelancers based in Switzerland who are able to liaise with clients on an operational level.
Your responsibilities:
As a freelance project manager, you are the client’s key contact: you oversee communications, structure requirements, monitor production remotely and ensure smooth, proactive and professional communication.
You act as the strategic link between the end customer and the Moroccan production teams. You do not do ‘admin’: you bring clarity, pace, methodology and rigour to concrete digital projects.
Your responsibilities
– Lead functional scoping workshops with the client
– Define and maintain framework documents (schedule, specifications, milestones)
– Coordinate the design, development, QA and marketing teams according to the projects
– Lead weekly meetings/sprints/acceptance tests
– Manage risks and priorities and guarantee the quality of deliverables
– Be proactive in proposing ways to improve internal processes
What you bring
– Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in digital project management (in an agency or digital services company)
– Strong command of management tools (Notion, Trello, Google Drive, etc.)
– Excellent written and oral communication skills in French (or German depending on the region), English is a plus
– Autonomy, service-oriented, reliable, adaptable
– A genuine advisory and supervisory role (you are more than just a coordinator)
