Administrative Assistant

CDI – Marrakech / Hybrid

Your responsibilities:

– Manage reception (in person and by phone) and handle incoming and outgoing mail
– Ensure proper filing, archiving, and document management for the company
– Prepare administrative files for various departments (HR, finance, management, etc.)
– Participate in managing supplier orders and internal logistics
– Provide cross-departmental administrative support

Your profile:

– Education: Minimum Bac+2 in management, administration or secretarial studies.
– Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
– Technical skills: Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook), administrative skills, ability to structure and prioritize tasks.
– Personal qualities: Organizational skills, discretion, proactivity, reliability, good time management and excellent interpersonal skills.
– Languages: Professional level in French and/or English. Proficiency in both is a plus.
– Soft skills: Team spirit, autonomy, versatility, ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
– Bonus: Experience in an international context is an asset.
