Your responsibilities:
– Gather, analyze, and formalize customer needs
– Write functional specifications and detailed requirements documents
– Act as a liaison between business, product, and technical teams
– Monitor project implementation and participate in functional testing
– Contribute to documentation and change management
Your profile:
– Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Engineering, or Project Management
– Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role (IT services company or end client)
– Key Skills: Business analysis, functional writing, agile project management, tools such as Jira and Confluence
– Strengths: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, clear communication, and technical understanding
