Your responsibilities:

– Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for internal users
– Manage incidents and requests via our ticketing system
– Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, networks)
– Monitor workstation security and software updates
– Participate in procedure documentation and continuous service improvement

Your profile:

– Education: Bac+2 or equivalent in IT / technical support
