Your responsibilities:
– Assist our clients’ sales representatives in preparing proposals, quotations and presentations
– Provide administrative follow-up on client offers and contracts
– Update the CRM and sales tracking dashboards
– Participate in following up with prospects and monitoring sales campaigns
– Contribute to the analysis of sales data and the improvement of processes
Your profile:
– Education: Two to three years of higher education in commerce, management or sales administration.
– Experience: Minimum 2 years in a sales or sales support role.
– Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or equivalent. Strong analytical skills.
– Personal qualities: Organisational skills, thoroughness, service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different people.
– Languages: Professional level in French and/or English. Fluency in both is an advantage.
– Soft skills: Team spirit, autonomy, ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic environment.
– Bonus: Experience in an international environment is an advantage.
