Telephone Operator / Call Centre Agent

CDI – Marrakech / Office Only

Are you comfortable on the telephone, have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with a variety of people? Would you like to play a central role in the commercial development of an ambitious tech company? Join PULSE.digital and contribute to our clients’ prospecting efforts and support them in their customer relations.

Your responsibilities:

– Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and friendly manner.
– Make appointments for sales representatives using qualified databases.
– Update customer records in the CRM system following telephone conversations.
– Qualify prospects and identify sales opportunities.
– Participate in lead follow-up and campaign relaunches.

Your profile:

– Education: Minimum two years of higher education in business, communications or equivalent field.
– Experience: Initial experience in telemarketing or call centres is a plus.
– Technical skills: Excellent command of spoken French or English, active listening skills, ease of communication and adaptability.
– Personal qualities: Perceptible smile on the telephone, rigour, resistance to stress, sense of service and strong customer focus.
– Languages: Professional level of French required. Fluency in English is a plus.
– Soft skills: Empathy, good objection handling, ability to remain positive in demanding situations.
– Bonus: Experience in an international environment is an asset.
