What is the price?+
We work on a fixed all-inclusive monthly rate in CHF (payroll, contributions, management, tools). The exact amount depends on the profile and experience level. We send you an estimate within 48h after your brief. No surprises, no hidden fees.
What is the quality of PULSE profiles?+
Our engineers are selected on a 3-hour technical test. Top engineering school training, same European timezone, fluent French and English. Our clients report quality equivalent to a local senior hire - with flexibility and a rate that the Swiss market cannot match.
What is the minimum duration?+
No minimum imposed. In practice, our clients generally start with a minimum of 3 months to have a real impact. But you can stop with a 2-week notice. No penalty.
How does integration into our team work?+
Week 1: onboarding (repo access, tools, architecture). Week 2: first issues in production. The developer is in your Slack, your Jira, your standups. They work the same hours as your team (European hours). PULSE remains available for any coordination point.
