Job Offer: Senior Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master with expertise in Agile methodologies and a strong background in Agile transformation within the Pharma or regulated industry. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in driving our Agile initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile transformation efforts, providing guidance and coaching to teams, stakeholders, and management on Agile principles and practices.
  • Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Apply your deep knowledge of Agile methodologies to ensure teams are adhering to Agile principles and best practices.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements and Agile scaling techniques.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Utilize Jira as a tool to manage Agile workflows, track project progress, and monitor team performance.
  • Oversee Salesforce projects, particularly Sales and Service Cloud implementations, and provide guidance on Agile project management in this context.
  • Mentor and coach less experienced Scrum Masters and Agile team members, promoting professional growth and development.

    • Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Scrum Master, with significant experience in leading Agile software development teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to tailor them to meet the specific needs of projects.
  • Extensive experience working with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce projects, specifically Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work in the US Timezone, ensuring effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the Pharma or regulated industry, understanding the unique challenges and compliance requirements.
  • Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  • Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) and experience implementing Agile at an enterprise level.
