We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master with expertise in Agile methodologies and a strong background in Agile transformation within the Pharma or regulated industry. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in driving our Agile initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
Lead Agile transformation efforts, providing guidance and coaching to teams, stakeholders, and management on Agile principles and practices.
Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Apply your deep knowledge of Agile methodologies to ensure teams are adhering to Agile principles and best practices.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements and Agile scaling techniques.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and alignment of goals and objectives.
Utilize Jira as a tool to manage Agile workflows, track project progress, and monitor team performance.
Oversee Salesforce projects, particularly Sales and Service Cloud implementations, and provide guidance on Agile project management in this context.
Mentor and coach less experienced Scrum Masters and Agile team members, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Scrum Master, with significant experience in leading Agile software development teams.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to tailor them to meet the specific needs of projects.
Extensive experience working with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce projects, specifically Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability to work in the US Timezone, ensuring effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the Pharma or regulated industry, understanding the unique challenges and compliance requirements.
Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) and experience implementing Agile at an enterprise level.
